KnowledgeNets

KnowledgeNet Chapters bring the local privacy community together through free educational meetings and networking activities. They give members the opportunity to meet peers in their local area, learn something new, and earn free continuing privacy education (CPE) credits. There are over 140 chapters worldwide led by dedicated IAPP volunteers.

We are lucky to already have an active group of members on the ground planning and programming local networking events.  We have 7 Chapters throughout Australia and New Zealand. Leadership

The Country Leaders are the local face and voice of the IAPP with local regulators and businesses. They will also be working with the ANZ Advisory Board to program events like the ANZ Privacy Summit in Sydney. They are truly the front line of the IAPP in the region.

Jim Campbell is the Senior Manager – New Market Develpment. He provides operational support for the region, supporting our KnowledgeNet meetings, events, membership and our Country Leaders as we strive to grow the IAPP in the region. He is available to answer your questions about membership and the IAPP in general.

The IAPP ANZ Advisory Board is made up of active privacy professionals from Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). The ANZ board helps to identify and advise on the specific needs of ANZ based privacy professionals.
